Why Cant I Sleep? Im not stressed!

Out of all the health troubles iv had, being crippled with insomnia for 5 years was the hardest. Awake all night everynight after i had my last child. Doctors blew me off and wouldn’t take me serious. I almost ended up in hospital but i was saved by my new GP. I went into early menopause from the stress on my body of not sleeping. I ventured down every road imaginable over the 5 years of torture. If only someone had known my gut health and my hormone health were causing all my problems.

Sleep hacks like supplements, lavender sprays, light blocking glasses, earplugs, eye masks dont work guys!. One needs to focus on gut, liver, thyroid, and sex hormones. Im sleeping like a baby now in my 40s so let me tell you it is possible to sleep again. I also NOW look at my phone most nights until i feel so sleepy i put it away. I always keep my phone light turned down though. My phone never keeps me from sleeping now! .The phone is not the problem. Its the pesky hormones!! If you slept well as a young adult you can get back their again with the right support. Here is a list of everything i tried to get me sleeping over 4 years
