3 Medium Red Onions
1 medium squash
1 medium sweet potato
2 tablespoon Garamasala
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 tablespoon mild or hot chilli powder
750ml veg stock
125g red lentils
Chop onion in large pieces
Fry on pan with coconut oil
Add and Cook spices
Add veg stock and root veggies
Bring to the boil
Add tablespoon tomatoe puree. Simmer 15mins
Voila instant feed for an Immune system on Fire. 9 plant foods
