I am training to be a functional medicine naturopathic doctor, Im not a medical doctor. There is no point coming to me unless you are ready to invest some time in looking after yourself, allow an hour or more in your day to make necessary changes, slow down the pace of your life, are ready to change some lifestyle habits, maybe some dietary changes, do a couple of tests and commit to following through with supplements for 1-2 years. Disease doesnt arrive overnight so it doesnt resolve overnight either. Food & Exercise is only a small part of what i recommend. I generally dont recommend supplement heavy protocals (Max 15 daily over 3 dosages) because of how they weigh on the liver-the important detoxification pathway of the body. Wellness is not a quick fix as many systems in the body have to be addressed to get well. I help you work on your digestion, absorption, detoxification pathways, your lymphatic, adrenal, enteric nervous system to help your body recover from illness that begins in the gut. It takes time to get ones body into healing mode, it took me 3 years in total to get my gut well and i had a 10 year journey in total to recover from chronic stress numerous deficiencies fatigue, poor sleep and anxiety. I will only work with you if you are serious about taking your health in your hands and if life is too busy maybe just mention this at the start of your appointment so I can address only a select few things for you to do at home and recommend minimal supplements that will have maximum effect

Due to limitations on my time I cannot enter lengthy conversations on phone or email or text or DMS. Fees Health Consultations “Why i have to charge what i charge” You need me to read between the lines, think about and deeply understand your case – medication-previous protocals etc-supplements etc each time i see your file and that takes up alot of my time to prepare for you. Fees below includes 30 mins of my time to read and review your consultation form or file notes before each call and a further 45 mins for me to write up your emails/links etc after our call, also 20 mins are also included to review each test pre call. It takes 3 hrs work for me to take on a case of 3 major health concerns. You will also need 30 mins to complete forms via email in days prior to the call if doing online calls or can be done in clinic day of the call. Any client can choose to reduce the call length and keep the minutes towards post call support provided the total hours arent exceeded between call and correspondance. Hourly rate is €125. So 4 hours total work is billed at €500.
For call 2 and call 3 for existing clients the fee is €250 with 1 tests review and €300 with 2 test review €350 with 3 new test. Includes 45 min call, 30min file prep, 30min post call emails/links, and some post call support. Additional support minutes can be purchased for €125 hourly bundles for 12 quick questions.
