Cancer Foundation. These powders are 100% minerals meaning they contain no other agent that could expire or that you can infect them with a dirty makeup brush on holidays. They also contain zinc which is anti inflammatory so this is the best finishing powder to have in your handbag for holidays to avoid holiday related breakouts. Just a note these powders are not powders per say the contain zero talc or any drying fillers.
