300gs Dates. Medjool Dates preferably
100gs Oats
150gs Cocoa Powder
2 Tins Chickpeas, rinsed
100g Cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
200g Peanut Butter (no palm oil just nuts)
Preheat Oven to 175 Celcius
Put dates and oats through food processor
Then add all ingredients to a mixer. Mx until smooth and mash out into silicone brownie trays
Bake for 30mins.
