Top Tips for Getting Your Skin to Glow for the Communion/Confirmation Season

10 May 2016

Hi Ladies,
If you have booked to get your makeup done for a communion, confirmation or special occasion there is plenty you can do at home to get your skin prepped beforehand so that you look extra radiant on the day. After all if your skin is in bad condition no amount of makeup can cover this. I have a huge interest in skin having suffered with bad acne all my life and I do facials and peels and devise specific home care regimes for all types of problem skin. Ideally a week or couple of weeks before your event exfoliate your skin with a grainy scrub three times a week and then apply a serum and a masque overnight those 3 nights to let it work its magic.Use your serum and night cream on the alternate nights. What works best is to have a few different masques in your beauty press and use a different one each of the 3 nights that way your skin gets the benefits of all 3 during a week! Some of my fav at the mo are Rens Glycolatic Masque, Kielhls Overnight Recovery masque with their midnight recovery oil underneath and Green Peoples Vitamin Masque with The Kinvarra Serum underneath. See pics. These will really improve the hydration levels in your skin to make you glow. I retail the Kinvarra and the REN Range and you can buy Green People from Raw Health or Tir Na Nog in Sligo and Kiehls Online from Arnotts.

Hope this helps. Love Fee x
