Polished was established in 2009 by Fiona Brady. Fiona has been working in the beauty industry for over 10 years. She has expertise in Hair & Makeup, Beauty & Skin Therapy and is an accomplished Nail Technician. She is a happily married lady, has 2 small children and is settled in Co.Sligo.
Fiona has a passion for helping women find solutions to their skin problems. From the age of 12 Fiona struggled from very bad acne and spent a vast majority of her teenage years traveling up and down the country to various derma clinics and beauty salons.

While in her 20s, Fiona studied Science in University College Dublin and liked to treat herself by getting her nails and hair done by some of the best Beauty specialists in the country. Witnessing these artists in action, she soon realised she was learning from the best in the business. She brought the lessons home and spent countless hours in front of her mirror experimenting her obsession.
After graduating and working for a number of years in the biochemical and science industry she felt unfulfilled and finally built the courage to dive into her passion for beauty. When Fiona is not working with clients she is improving her near flawless skill set by engaging in various training courses in hair and makeup, nails, brows, lashes and more, the list is never ending.
We are proud to have a wonderful team of highly skilled beauty professionals based in all corners of the country. Many of our team and clients are mothers. We aim to empower women through beauty. The Polished platform allows our team to work in the areas they are passionate about, close to home, to earn more, learn more, at times to suit often busy family lifestyles.
